Each contestant will have a 3 minute one on one interview with each judge. The interviews will consist of get to know you questions and questions about you platform. No political questions will be asked.

Ages 3-12 will have a 30 second introduction on stage in their casual wear outfit. Their introduction must include their name, age and where they are from. They may also add favorite activities, family, pets etc. Ages 13 and up will have 60 seconds on stage in their casual wear outfit to talk about their platform.

Each contestant is required to compete in the talent competition. Talents must be age appropriate. They will be judged primarily on entertainment value. Talents are to be no longer than 2 and a half minutes.

Beauty and casual wear will be modeled in a back "T" formation. Beauty dresses for ages 3-12 can be either knee length or floor length and for ages 13 and up they will be floor length. At the middle "X" during casual wear only the contestants will say their name, age and where they are from.
